The fourth installment in Hollywood's most popular dancing franchise now has a release date.

Step Up 4, rumored to be hilariously titled Step Up 4Ever, will grind its way into movie theaters on July 27, 2012. It will feature former So You Think You Can Dance star Kathryn McCormick and newcomer Ryan Guzman.

Look for the film to center around Emily, the child of a wealthy businessman, who heads to Miami and falls in love with Sean, the leader of a flash mob-based dance crew. The couple will eventually protest against Emily's father because he threatens to destroy Sean's neighborhood.

Step Up isn't the only franchise to soon treat fans to a fourth edition. Others include:

• Underworld Awakening (January 12)
• American Reunion (April 6)
