Christina Ricci is feeling especially blue this week, but the actress doesn't need your sympathy, just your congratulations: she's landed a role in The Smurfs 2!

The actress - who will next be seen getting seduced by Robert Pattinson in Bel Ami - will voice Vexi, an evil version of Smurfette, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The animated feature grossed $564 million across the globe and starred such actors as Neil Patrick Harris and Hank Azaria, along with such voices as those of Alan Cumming, Katy Perry, Paul Reubens and Anton Yelchin.
