The Possession stars Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Kyra Sedgwick as a couple whose daughter Em becomes possessed after buying an old box at a yard sale. The family discovers that the box is rumored to contain a dibbuk, an ancient Jewish folkloric spirit that inhabits a human host. Matisyahu stars as a rabbi.

Sam Raimi (Oz: The Great and Powerful) produced the film, which was directed by Ole Bornedal.
