The first trailer for 21 and Over has dropped. The film follows a straight-A student whose friends show him a night of drunken debauchery on his 21st birthday, the night before an important med school interview. Obviously things get a little out of hand.

Miles Teller (Project X), Justin Chon, Sarah Wright and Skylar Astin (Pitch Perfect) star. Jon Lucas and Scott Moore wrote and directed the film.

Lucas and Moore are best known for penning the scripts for The Hangover movies.

21 and Over will premiere March 1, 2013.
