We've finally got a look at the Thénardiers, played by Sacha Baron Cohen (The Dictator) and Helena Bonham Carter in the upcoming adaptation of Les Miserables. Check it out, along with a poster featuring Cosette and Marius:

Amanda Seyfried stars as Cosette in the new film, with Anne Hathaway (Catwoman in The Dark Knight Rises) as Fantine, Hugh Jackman as Jean Valjean, and Russell Crowe as Inspector Javert. The story follows Valjean, on the run from Javert after he breaks his parole, who finds himself in the midst of the 1832 June Rebellion.

Tom Hooper directs, taking a unique approach to filming a musical. Hooper had his actors perform all of the music live in order to give it a fresh, lively feeling. Check out this Les Miserables extended first look for more on the directing.
