We saw a lot of award nominations and winners announced in the last couple months of the year, and we now have a very specialized set of nominees. The Producers Guild of America announced their nominations for Outstanding Producers in film and television.

While the categories are solely for "production," the list reads much like a Best Picture list, and could well provide some insight into the nominees for the Academy Awards, with Beasts of the Southern Wild and Moonrise Kingdom as the two indies, and Skyfall as the sole "big blockbuster."
