Two stars of two smash-hit young adult franchises have joined the cast of Steven Shainberg's newest movie, The Big Shoe. Kristen Stewart (The Twilight Saga) and Elizabeth Banks (The Hunger Games Saga) will star alongside Jim Sturgess (Cloud Atlas) in the erotic comedy.
Shainberg is best known for his 2002 film Secretary, another erotic comedy starring Maggie Gyllenhaal and James Spader. His last project was Fur: An Imaginary Portrait of Diane Arbus, starring Nicole Kidman and Robert Downey, Jr.
Sturgess will play a famous shoe designer, with Stewart as his muse and Banks as his therapist.
Susan Sarandon, Joaquin Phoenix, and Mia Wasikowska were all previously mentioned in connection to The Big Shoe, but it looks like the cast is finally settled on these big three.
