Mia Wasikowska stars as India Stoker, a girl whose father dies, causing her mother to sink into a debilitating depression. To help the family, India's uncle comes to stay with them, and she finds herself oddly drawn toward the enigmatic man.

Nicole Kidman, Matthew Goode, Durmot Mulroney, Jacki Weaver (Silver Linings Playbook), and Alden Ehrenreich (Beautiful Creatures) also star.
