Jim is an alcholic ex-gunslinger previously known as The Waco Kid when we had the fastest hands in the west. Jim became an alcoholic after he was bested by a six year old that shot him in the butt. Jim quickly befriends Bart after Barts wakes him up from sleeping on a prison bed.
