My biggest gripe with this sytesm is the Wi-Fi does not work properly. I constantly have to reboot either the Blu-ray player or the modem or both, to watch internet sites like krackle or Netflix. The other problem is the sytesm freezes when it tries to update itself. On the Sony website their solution is to unplug the sytesm and reboot it, tried that multiple times it did not work. I am returning it this weekend, to trade it in on another brand.
