Walt Disney Pictures has brought 2-D animation back with The Princess and the Frog, which puts a jazzy twist on the old fairy tale about a beautiful princess and her fateful kiss with a frog prince who desperately wants to be human again.

Disney has released a short clip from the musical sequence Almost There, where young Princess Tiana fantasizes about the future of her jazz club. Disney has also posted a streaming version of the film's soundtrack online for free. Lion King composer Elton John recently lavished Randy Newman's score for The Princess and the Frog with his praise.

"Randy Newman is, for me, an American treasure.... One of my favorite writers of all time, before he started writing for God knows how many animation movies with Pixar and Disney. This could be one of the best Disney scores ever, because I think he's fantastic."

The Princess and the Frog Quotes

[she sees herself as a frog in the mirror and screams]

Princess Tiana

Princess Tiana: I don't seem to recall anything in the fairytale about... kissing on the lips.
Ray: Oh ho. It looks like this could take quite some time.
[flies towards the movie's logo]
Ray: Ooh. That's a catchy title right dar.
Princess Tiana: I mean I didn't even know frogs had lips. How 'bout a nice firm handshake.
