Stunning New Hubble 3D Photos

Narrative films aren't the only kinds of movies taking advantage of the 3D phase. IMAX: Hubble 3D, the space documentary is here.

In fact, before James Cameron even believed that he could make Avatar, he tested the waters in Ghosts of the Abyss and Aliens of the Deep, during his hiatus. Obviously, whatever he researched had worked.

Now, another documentary is among us. Toni Myers (Space Station 3D) shines the spotlight on NASA's beloved Hubble telescope. In 2009, an IMAX 3D camera was brought on board the mission to repair the telescope. It chronicles the effort of 7 astronauts aboard the Space Shuttle Atlantis to repair the Hubble Space telescope. The film is narrated by Leonardo DiCaprio (Shutter Island).
