Audiences who went to see Iron Man 2 this past weekend were treated to a nice surprise, a teaser trailer for a new movie called Super 8, directed by JJ Abrams and produced by Steven Spielberg.

While not much is known about Super 8, it looks to be a splice between Spielberg and Abrams, as one would expect- notice the clear parallels it has with both extra-terrestrial sci-fi like Close Encounters of the Third Kind, and more lethal monster movies like Cloverfield. And much like how they initially built buzz for Cloverfield, Paramount decided to attach the super-secret teaser for Super 8 to the first reel.

After the exhausting efforts of Paramount Pictures to keep the trailer a secret, it ended up on youtube as an in-theater bootleg from a Thursday midnight screening of the superhero blockbuster. But now, Paramount has released the full-quality official version online, and you can see it below!
