Colin Firth gets a star!!  He will be the 2,429th star on the very long sidewalk of stars on Hollywood Blvd.

Firth is getting a lot of buzz for his portrayal of King George VI in The King's Speech.  He is one of the favorites in the running to receive an Oscar nomination.

Maybe this star will help?  Heck, he's already received a Golden Globe nomination for the role.
