Three new official photos from the new X-Men: First Class movie have appeared online in The LA Times.
The photos show off the '60s vibe created for the prequel - and some of the new faces we will see when the film comes out June 3.
According to the article accompanying the photos, tensions are high on the set of the film, which is still filming, despite the looming release date.
Director Matthew Vaughn is racing against time as he tries to wrap up filming and get it into post-production with time to complete before June.
The film also has the added pressure of bringing back an X-Men fan base with a whole new cast.
"For the all-new cast (led by James McAvoy and Michael Fassbender), the challenge is to replace the familiar faces of the franchise; for producer Bryan Singer, the challenge is to recapture the affection of comic-book movie fans; and for Vaughn, the challenge is, well, to actually finish making the film."
So it seems there are some obstacles for the new film. Let's hope it's ready for its June 3rd opening.
