Garry Marshall has cast three more in his ensemble comedy New Year's Eve. The Hollywood Reporter provides the updated list, including Jon Bon Jovi, Seth Myers, and Til Schweiger (known for his role in Inglourious Basterds).
New Year's Eve is a follow-up to Valentine's Day, with a similar plot. The film will be set in New York and will follow a group of people as their stories intertwine and they try to navigate their way through the most another over-rated holiday.
Jon Bon Jovi is said to be playing a rock star and former boyfriend of Halle Berry's character.
Meyers will play Jessica Biel's husband (she was oh so very alone in Valentine's Day, if you recall) who is trying to get their baby delivered right at midnight in order to win the $25,000 prize.
No word on who Schweiger will be playing.
The ever-growing cast includes, Robert De Niro, Ashton Kutcher, Michelle Pfeiffer, Hilary Swank, Lea Michele, Abigail Breslin, Sofia Vergera, Jessica Biel, Sarah Jessica Parker, Halle Berry, Zac Efron, and Sienna Miller.
The film is set to be released in theaters on December 9, 2011 - just in time for New Year's Eve.
