On Saturday, The National Society of Film Critics released its number one film of 2010. The Social Network took the top prize, according to critics, as the best film of the year.
Jesse Eisenberg was also selected as best actor for his role in as Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg.
Other top winners included Italian star Giovanna Mezzogiorno for her role in Vincere about Italian dictator Benito Mussolini.
Geoffrey Rush won best supporting actor for his role in The King's Speech, and British actress Olivia Williams for The Ghost Writer.
With a re-release in theaters and a whole bunch of awards, The Social Network seems like it is on the right path to winning big at the Oscars. Do you think a story about Facebook is an Oscar contender?
