Keifer Sutherland Still Wants 24 Movie

Despite reports claiming 24 was being shelved because of script concerns, Kiefer Sutherland still says 24 will happen.

The actor appeared on ABC's Good Morning America and when asked directly if there will be another movie, Sutherland gave a response that will have fans cheering.

"Yes, there will be a 24 movie," he boldly stated.

Later on Live With Regis and Kelly, Sutherland expanded on his answer, saying he hopes to start filming in January.

"I think Tony Scott is one of the directors that has expressed great interest in doing it and he would be fantastic, so I'm very excited about that."

Sutherland is currently appearing in Broadway's That Championship Season, which will give producers and screenwriters plenty of time to make good on Sutherland's promise.
