Taylor Lautner & Michael Bay Team Up In 2012

Taylor Lautner is in demand!  And now he is set to team up with producer Michael Bay.  Deadline's Nikki Finke has the inside scoop about this latest match up, saying the two sent out a script for auction to all the major studios.

The two didn't actually meet with any of the studios they sent their scripts to, but they are in town in case any want to meet with them.

Lautner has really proven to be a breakout star since starring in the Twilight series.  He was the highest paid of the three main actors (Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart), making it to number 9 on Vanity Fair's highest paid actors list.

Lautner is scheduled to appear in Lionsgate's thriller Abduction to be released on September 23. 

Bay just finished working on Transformers: Dark of the Moon and produced I Am Number Four with Dreamsworks, which opens on Friday.
