Brand new trailer featuring Katie Holmes and Guy Pearce in the new film Don't Be Afraid of the Dark. 

The thriller, written by Guillermo Del Toro, who is also producing it, follows a young girl named Sally (Bailee Madison), who moves in to a Rhode Island mansion with her father (Guy Pearce) and his girlfriend (Katie Holmes).  The house appears to be haunted and when Sally hear voices in the basement, she discovers something terrifying inside.

The film will be released by FilmDistrict and is set to hit theaters on August 12, 2011.
