Amazing Spider-Man Director Joins Twitter, Shares Spidey Pic

The Amazing Spider-Man director Marc Webb has joined Twitter, and his first (and so far only) post is a fun picture, presumably from the set of the film.

Unless Andrew Garfield trained really well for his roll as Spidey, this is meant to be the character Peter Parker just hanging out on top of a lamp post. The tweet accompanying the picture simply reads "Peter Parker. Good balance."

The director doesn't expound at all on the photo, so what do you think? Is this a still from The Amazing Spider-Man? It doesn't quite seem to match the look and tone of the Amazing Spider-Man trailer, so perhaps it's a crazy picture from set.

Well, take it from an old man. Those things send us down a road... they make us who we are. And if anyone's destined for greatness, it's you, son. You owe the world your gifts. You just have to figure out how to use them and know that wherever they take you, we'll always be here. So, come on home, Peter. You're my hero... and I love you!

Ben Parker

Peter Parker: Sorry Miss Ritter! It won't happen again, I promise.
Miss Ritter: Don't make promises you can't keep.
Peter Parker: Yeah but those are the best kind.
