I don't understand what's so "odd" about growing from the ground after your parents bury a box full of wishes on a windy night...isn't that how babies are made?
The newest trailer for The Odd Life of Timothy Green, courtesy of MSN, seems to suggest it's possible. The family fantasy/drama film tells the tale of a young couple, played by Joel Edgerton and Jennifer Garner (check out our exclusive interview with Jennifer Garner here), who find out they are unable to conceive children. One day, after brainstorming character traits and life events for the dream child they can never have, and burying them in a box in the yard, a young boy named Timothy arrives at their doorstep.
Edgerton can also be seen this year playing Tom Buchanan in Baz Luhrman's The Great Gatsby.
The Odd Life of Timothy Green arrives on your doorstep August 15. Okay, not on your doorstep. I was just saying that because of the plot of the film. You have to actually go to the theater.
