Kick-Ass and Superbad star Christopher Mintz-Plasse tells Movie Fanatic exclusively that he had a different kind of thrill making ParaNorman. The stop motion film from the creative team behind Coraline allowed him to get a little mean as a bully opposite Anna Kendrick and Kodi Smit-McPhee -- who plays the title character.
Mintz-Plasse also gives us a scoop on the filming of the movie he’s thrilled to be making, yet surprised it’s happening: Kick-Ass 2. “I’m so excited,” he said. “We’re shooting it soon!”
Also in our video interview, Mintz-Plasse agrees with our sentiment that Kendrick should be the next America’s Sweetheart. “I think in a way she already kind of is,” Mintz-Plasse said of his ParaNorman co-star. “My mom kinda freaked out when she found out I was working with her.”
