Lincoln Trailer Debuts: The Fate of Human Dignity is in Our Hands

The first trailer for Steven Spielberg's Lincoln just dropped on Google Play! Take a look:

The trailer's debut is followed by a live chat with Spielberg himself and Joseph Gordon-Levitt (The Dark Knight Rises), who plays Lincoln's oldest son Robert in the film.

Daniel Day-Lewis (There Will be Blood) stars as an absolutely spot-on Abraham Lincoln, with Sally Field as his wife Mary Todd. The film will focus on the last few months of Lincoln's life, from the abolishment of slavery to his assassination.

Tommy Lee Jones, David Strathairn, John Hawkes (American Gangster), Hal Holbrook, and Tim Blake Nelson also star.
