As you may have heard at the time, about a year ago a Utah-based company called Bangerter Homes built a replica of the house from the Disney Pixar animation Up. Now, the house has some owners and they've posted a pretty cool video tour to show off the likeness. Take a look:
The house plays a pivotal role in Up, as its inhabitant, the 78-year-old Carl ties thousands of balloons to it in order to float away to South America. Take a look at our Up quotes page to relive some of the best moments from the film.
Pixar is famous for making beautifully animated family films with a lot of heart, and the fact that a house was built in homage to one is a testament to that. Their latest movie, Brave, premiered earlier this year, with sequels to Monsters, Inc. and Finding Nemo in the works.
The house is open to occasional tours, and has its own Facebook page that fans can check out for more info.
