John C. Reilly voices the title villain, Ralph, in the new Disney 3D computer-animated feature. When Ralph decides he's sick of being the bad guy, he leaves his game and travels across the video game universe in search of new opportunity.

Jack McBrayer (Forgetting Sarah Marshall), Sarah Silverman, Jane Lynch (40 Year-Old Virgin), Alan Tudyk, Mindy Kaling, Adam Carolla, Horatio Sanz, and Ed O'Neill round out the star-studded voice cast.
