Saoirse Ronan stars as Melanie, one of the last humans who have escaped an onslaught of aliens who use human bodies as hosts. When Melanie is captured and infected, she fights the parasitic alien entity from within in order to reunite with her true love.

Jake Abel, Max Irons, Chandler Canterbury, Diane Kruger, William Hurt, Boyd Holbrook, and Scott Lawrence also star. The Host will premiere March 29.
