Channing Tatum has loved G.I. Joe since he was a kid, according to this new featurette from G.I. Joe: Retaliation:

Tatum (Magic Mike) stars in the sequel along with Dwayne Johnson and Bruce Willis (A Good Day to Die Hard). D.J. Cotrona, Lee Byung-Hun, Adrianne Palicki, Ray Park, Jonathan Pryce, Ray Stevenson, RZA, and Walton Goggins (Django Unchained) also star.

The film finds the Joes cast away by Zartan, who is posing as the President. In order to fight back, they reteam with an old Joe and go rogue.

Retaliation is directed by Jon M. Chu and premieres March 28.
