Fresh off the release of the Runner, Runner character posters, we’ve got the first trailer for the thriller starring Ben Affleck and Justin Timberlake. When Timberlake loses all his money to an online gambling site run by Affleck, Timberlake heads to Costa Rica where Affleck runs his operation and hopes to at the least get his money back and at the most… bring him down. Instead, he is lured into Affleck's world with the promise of immense wealth.

Runner, Runner also stars Gemma Arterton and Anthony Mackie (the Pain and Gain star is an FBI agent who recruits Timberlake). The flick lands September 27.
