As the news that Paul Walker is dead sinks in, and it is not easy news to swallow, all we have now is his film legacy. His movie career is rich with success. And in what has to be the saddest of ironies, it was the role of a man with a passion for fast cars in the Fast and Furious franchise with which he achieved the most fame, which also was the way that he perished.

Walker first gained our attention opposite Tobey Maguire and Reese Witherspoon in Pleasantville, then in She’s All That and Varsity Blues.

Walker would have several supporting roles in big movies including Pleasantville, She's All That, The Skulls, and Varsity Blues.  However, Walker's big breakthrough was in 2001 when he co-starred with Vin Diesel in the succesful The Fast and Furious.
