Warner Bros. has released what Movie Fanatic believes is the best of the 300: Rise of an Empire poster collective. That Lena Headey poster was pretty cool, as was the Rodrigo Santoro poster, but there is something about the image of the warrior wielding a sword as blood flies off of it that truly captures the spirit of the 300 franchise.
As teased in the 300: Rise of an Empire trailer, the film is based on the Frank Miller graphic novel Xerxes and features Noam Murro stepping into the director’s chair once held by Zack Snyder. Snyder is busy with Batman vs. Superman, but also served as the 300: Rise of an Empire producer, so count on those mind-blowing visuals to still marvel audiences. Look for the sequel to 300 in theaters March 7.
