X-Men: Days of Future Past director Bryan Singer took to Instagram to post a new video featuring never-before-seen footage from his highly anticipated sequel to X-Men: First Class. 

The footage is jaw-dropping, albeit quite quick, and includes a look at BooBoo Stewart's character, as well as Wolverine going through some sort of mind-meld, and Michael Fassbender's Magneto and Patrick Stewart's Professor X looking quite serious. 

We can see why they're so serious! Judging by that incredible X-Men: Days of Future Past trailer, Trask industries has put getting mutants wiped off the map high on their list of things to do.  

Stay tuned... As the X-Men: Days of Future Past release date of May 23 gets ever closer, we suspect more footage will be released. And if it's half as thrilling as this short spot, we cannot wait. Until then, watch X-men online and see how it all got started.
