Frozen Crosses $1 Billion Mark: Best Animated Feature Raking In Bucks!

The Disney smash hit has just crossed the $1 billion mark in total global box office sales and all the John Travolta mangling of one of its stars' names at the Oscars won’t affect that. It’s Idina Menzel, John! And she sings the heck out of Let it Go, which also won an Oscar!
Frozen now sits at spot number 18 on the all-time box office chart. It sits between The Dark Knight at 17 and fellow Disney smash The Lion King at 19. To be exact, Frozen has earned $1,000.2 billion. That’s a lot of ice.
The Frozen DVD will be out March 18. Until then, it is still jamming on the weekend box office and, as is clear, is raking in the bucks globally.
