Maleficent Photos: Angelina Jolie Dazzles as Sleeping Beauty Villain

Angelina Jolie has said that she long wanted to portray her favorite Disney villain if she ever got the chance.

When Disney decided to go forward with the live action film Maleficent and put its spotlight squarely on the Sleeping Beauty villain, they could not have chosen a better actress to portray her!

And... Jolie achieved a lifelong dream!

Disney has released a slew of stills from Maleficent, featuring not only Jolie at her most evil, but also Elle Fanning as the young girl who seems to draw the wrath of the evil-doer. Could she be little miss Sleeping Beauty?!

Judging by the Maleficent trailer, the May 30 release date cannot get here soon enough. It is one of our most anticipated films of 2014!
