The first trailer for Let's Be Cops has arrived and it could wind up being the surprise comedy hit of the summer. 

Damon Wayans Jr. and Jake Johnson star as a couple of L.A. late twenty-somethings who aren't exactly where they want to be in life. One fateful night they're supposed to go to a costume party. They decide to go as cops and when things go remarkably well for them, they decide to see how far they can push it. 

Let's Be Cops hits theaters August 13 and also stars Rob Riggle, Nina Dobrev and Andy Garcia. 

If it's half as funny as another buddy cop comedy that did well recently, with those Ride Along quotes, Wayans and Johnson could have a hit on their hands. Watch Ride Along online and see what we mean.
