It is not too much, but for fans of Marvel movies and Ant-Man, we’ve got our first look at Paul Rudd and Michael Douglas (as Dr. Hank Pym) in Ant-Man.
The behind-the-scenes clip was featured on the ABC television special Marvel: 75 Years, From Pulp to Pop!
The clip shows our first moving images of Douglas and Rudd in Douglas’ lab and then, the pay-off -- Rudd’s Scott Lang approaching the Ant-Man costume, ready for action.
With the Marvel Studios announcement of their entire superhero slate through 2019 last week, the studio has set themselves up for years to come. But, one of those first new superheroes to rise from the comics to the screen will be Ant-Man. He will be followed by Captain Marvel, Black Panther and Inhumans.
Ant-Man lands on screens July 17, 2015 and we’ve also got our first look at the synopsis:
The next evolution of the Marvel Cinematic Universe brings a founding member of The Avengers to the big screen for the first time with Marvel Studios’ Ant-Man.
