Kingsman The Secret Service: Making-Of Featurette Shows Off Fresh Footage
by Joel D Amos at . Updated at . CommentsWe have been intrigued by the idea of Colin Firth’s latest film since that first footage appeared in the Kingsman: The Secret Service trailer. Firth is a super secret agent (a Kingsman) that makes James Bond appear like a wallflower. He sees something in a street punk (Taron Egerton) and thinks he could be the next great Kingsman.
Fox has released a new behind-the-scenes featurette that doesn’t really show us how the film was made, but has the stars -- including Firth, Egerton and Mark Strong -- discussing the overall idea of the film and the plot for the February 13, 2015 arriving film.
We love this featurette as it shows off some incredible looking footage and the story from the man who gave us Kick-Ass and X-Men: First Class, director Matthew Vaughn.
Kingsman: The Secret Service was a comic book series from Mark Millar (also Kick-Ass) that featured stunning artistry from Dave Gibbons, and if there is a person that is impeccable to bring it to life, it is Vaughn. And how perfectly cast is Firth?
