The first trailer for Steve Jobs has landed and it is a fantastic way to give us our initial look at the highly anticipated biopic of the legendary Apple founder.
Michael Fassbender stars as Jobs and the teaser shows him taking the stage for one of his iconic addresses, dressed in his trademark black turtleneck with that smile that is about to reveal something huge that will change the world.
Meanwhile, the only dialogue we hear is a slew of different people talking about Jobs and what he does, including co-stars Seth Rogen, Kate Winslet, Jeff Daniels, Katherine Waterson and Michael Stuhlbarg and, of course, Fassbender as the man himself.
The behind-the-scenes talent on this film has us thinking this is an Oscar contender if there ever was one. The film is written by Aaron Sorkin (The Social Network) and is directed by Danny Boyle (127 Hours, Slumdog Millionaire).
Look for Steve Jobs October 9.
