Graham Waters is an African American detective for the LAPD. He is in an interracial relationship with his Latina partner, Ria. He is quite racist towards her and obviously very insecure about their relatiobship.
Graham tries to distance himself from his mother and his criminal younger brother. However, after his brother goes missing, he is forced to deal with them.
