Roark Jr.

Roark Junior is the son of the corrupt Senator Roark.  Junior has a nasty habit of raping and killing young children and due to his father's position no one is able to stop him.  That is until Hartigan nearly kills the guy.

Roark Junior is surgically brought back to life and becomes The Yellow Bastard after a few complications arise.
