Rocky Balboa is Sylvester Stallone's iconic boxer from the various Rocky movies.  Rocky Balboa, aka The Italian Stallion, hails from Philadelphia where he  trains with Mickey Goldmill.  Rocky's big break came from when he defeated the undisputed Heavyweight Champion Apollo Creed.
