Michael Caine is an English actor who has been in over 100 films and has won two Academy Awards and four Golden Globes.
Caine's first major role cam as a British army office in Zulu in 1964.Â Caine maintained a strong career in the 60's, playing the spy Harry Palmer in four movies, and starring in the original 1969 The Italian Job.
Caine maintained a strong career in the 70's with Battle of Britain, Get Carter and The Man Who Would be King.
During the 80's, Caine won an Oscar for Hannah and Her Sisters but also appeared in the dud, Jaws: The Revenge.
The early 90's for Caine were rough as he was in The Muppet Christmas Carol and a villain in the Steven Seagal On Deadly Ground.Â It wasn't until 1999 when he won his second Oscar for his supporting role in The Cider House Rules.
Recently Caine has been on the big screen as Alfred in the new Christopher Nolan directed Batman movies and in The Prestige.
