John Cleese was born in Somerset, England and became most famous with his comedy group, Monty Python.  As a film actor, Cleese has appeared in numerous Monty Python movies in addition to Hollywood movies such as A Fish Called Wanda, The World is Not Enough, Die Another Day, and in the Harry Potter movies as Nearly Headless Nick.  Cleese also frequently does voices in cartoons such as George of the Jungle and Shrek 2.
