If Guardians of the Galaxy was about families, and specificaly mothers, then Guardians of the Galaxy 2 will be about fathers. This, according to director James Gunn.

Josh Brolin is talking about why it is he thought Thanos in the Marvel universe was such a great part to play. Brolin, clearly, liked the challenge.
