Clint Eastwood was born in San Francisco and began his acting career with his first starring role in Ambush in Cimarron Pass in 1958.Â Eastwood was then cast as the second lead in the popular television show, Rawhide as Rowdy Yates.
In the 1960s, Eastwood then became a Western star and redefined cowboy with his role the trilogy of Western movies, A Fistful of Dollars, For a Few Dollars More, and The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly.
In the 70s, Easwood appeared in Kelly's Heroes and Two Mules for Sister Sara.Â Â But it was a movie in 1971 that Eastwood would forever be remembered for, Dirty Harry.Â The movie led to four sequels: Magnum Force, The Enforcer, Sudden Impact, and The Dead Pool.
In the 90s, Eastwood became a bit of a star again with roles in Unforgiven, Deadwood, In the Line of Fire, and The Bridges of Madison County.
Most recently, Eastwood has mostly been directing movies including the critically acclaimed Million Dollar Baby.
