Lando Calrissian made his first appearance in the Star Wars films in The Empire Strikes Back. Lando is forced by Darth Vader to betray his friend Han Solo over to Boba Fett. However, he helps the rest of the gang escape and joins the Rebel Alliance and rescues Solo.
