Eva: Ohh George. I like you.
George: I like you too Eva.
Eva: We should make love sometime...

George: All these people live here. This is a commune.
Seth: We prefer 'intentional community.' We're not a bunch of hippies sitting around playing guitar.

Eva: I know New York is a great city, but I do not miss that lifestyle at all. I mean it was just stress, and Blackberries, and sleeping pills. I used to drink a triple latte every morning just to wake up.
Linda: Well, I see your point, but I kind of value the sleeping pill and the Blackberry and the latte.
Seth: You know you can really get trapped in that web of beepers and Zenith televisions and Walkmens and Discmans and floppy discs and zip drives, laser discs, answering machines and Nintendo Power Glove...
Linda: Wow, you know so much about technology.

Wayne Davidson: My name's Wayne by the way. I'm a nudist.
George: Oh yes, we noticed your penis earlier.

FDR (to Lauren in an art gallery talking about the finer points of Lauren's favorite painter): He was a strong advocate of the finger painting movement.
Agent (after losing his audio hookup to FDR): We lost contact.
Tuck (taking over the audio feed to FDR): Sometimes he would finger his paintings to get closer to them.
FDR (to Lauren): The intimacy with the canvas, to finger a painting... to...
Tuck: Sometimes he would use mud and sticks...
FDR (to Lauren): You know, he used mud and sticks...
Tuck (taking over the audio feed to FDR): And if he couldn't find a stick...
FDR (to Lauren): And if he couldn't find a stick...
Lauren: What?!
FDR (to Lauren): You know, enough talking. Let's let the paintings speak for themselves.

Tuck: So you're not backing off?
FDR: Nope.

You think Gloria Steinem got arrested and sat in a jail cell so you could act like a little b**ch?

Trish (to Lauren)

Okay you can do this. You are confident woman who can deal with conflict. I'm going to pass out. Just get out there, tell them your decision. They're rational. They may even become friends. They'll probably just shake hands....

Lauren

Lauren: Have you ever killed anybody with your bare hands?
Tuck: Not this week.

Tuck is great. He's sweet. He's kind. We have so much fun. But he's maybe too sweet -- a little earnest? Sort of safe.

Lauren (to Trish)

May the best man win.

FDR

Don't go with the better guy; go with the guy who makes you better.
