1. A Frozen First
Co-director Jennifer Lee was the first female to helm a Disney animated movie!
2. Frozen Origins
Frozen is based on The Snow Queen by Hans Christian Andersen (Hans, Sven, Anna and Kristoff are all in that story!).
3. The First Elsa
Megan Mullally was originally cast as Elsa. We adore her, but thank goodness she dropped out and that gave us Idina Menzel.
4. Idina's Disney Dreams
Idina Menzel had auditioned to be Rapunzel in Tangled. That role went to Mandy Moore. Thank goodness. Can you imagine how Frozen would have been different without her?
5. Movie Took 70 Years To Get Frozen
Disney has been trying to make a Frozen movie since 1940!
6. Coppertone Shout-Out
